Acceptance

By accessing tool-summitpath.click or engaging SummitPath Lab for training sessions, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site or book sessions.

Services described

Pages on this site describe professional training and facilitation related to technical journal review and strategy refinement. Descriptions are informational. A binding engagement begins only when both parties confirm scope in writing (email or signed proposal) and any required deposit is received.

Intellectual property

Site content, session designs, annotation codes, and facilitator materials remain the property of SummitPath Lab or their respective owners. Participants may retain their own notes and strategy briefs produced during a paid session. They may not reproduce SummitPath facilitation guides for public courses or commercial resale without written permission.

Participant responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, for securing rights to share any journals or internal documents used in sessions, and for complying with your employer’s confidentiality rules. You must not upload unlawful content through our inquiry forms.

No professional guarantees

Training improves critique and decision language; it does not guarantee research outcomes, regulatory approval, publication acceptance, or commercial results. Facilitators do not provide legal, medical, or licensed financial advice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Thailand, SummitPath Lab is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from site use or from decisions you make after training. Our aggregate liability for a paid engagement is limited to the fees you paid for that engagement.

Website availability

We aim for continuous availability but do not warrant uninterrupted access. Content may change without notice.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes shall first be addressed in good faith negotiation; failing that, courts in Phuket, Thailand, shall have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
