Voices from recent cohorts
“The claim audit on day one exposed that our ‘must-have’ feature rested on a single underpowered trial. Embarrassing, but better in Phuket than in front of the board.”
Siriwan P. · Product planning, medical devices · Journal & Strategy Lab, March cohort
“Private coaching helped me brief a grant panel without overstating the meta-analysis. I still talk too fast when figures appear; the coach flagged that twice.”
Jonas Berg · Independent evidence consultant · Four-session coaching pack
“Our team intensive finally gave engineers and marketers a shared vocabulary for what the materials papers could and could not support. The afternoon ranking exercise took longer than scheduled — worth the overrun.”
Nalinee C. · Materials R&D manager · Two-day Team Strategy Intensive
“I wanted polished slides. SummitPath insisted on annotated PDFs and a thinner strategy brief. The brief survived our internal review; the slides I wanted would not have.”

Extended story: Conflicting reviews before a regional launch
A Bangkok planning team and two disagreeing review articles
A consumer-health planning group arrived with a fixed launch window and two technical review articles that disagreed on dosing intervals. During the Journal & Strategy Lab they rebuilt their decision tree: one branch required a short primary study; another accepted a narrower claim set for a soft launch. The team left without a triumphant consensus — they left with criteria both factions could cite. Three weeks later they delayed the full launch by one quarter and published an internal evidence memo using the lab’s annotation format.
Reservation noted by the sponsor: facilitators refused to “pick a winner” between the papers, which frustrated leaders who wanted a single recommendation on day two. The method held; the calendar slipped, deliberately.
