Refund & cancellation policy

This policy applies to paid SummitPath Lab engagements: the Journal & Strategy Lab, Private Review Coaching, and Team Strategy Intensives. It does not cover third-party travel, hotels, or materials you purchase independently.
Deposit and balance
A deposit (typically 30% for labs and intensives, or the first session fee for coaching packs) secures dates after scope confirmation. Balances are due as stated on the invoice. Deposits are non-refundable once the reading packet or session plan has been issued, except where SummitPath cancels.

If you cancel after materials are issued but before the thresholds above, we may offer a credit toward a later cohort within six months instead of cash, at our discretion.
Rescheduling
One complimentary reschedule is allowed with at least 14 days’ notice, subject to facilitator availability. Later reschedules may incur a THB 2,500 administrative fee. Remote-to-on-site changes may adjust the quote.
Private coaching
Single sessions cancelled with 48 hours’ notice or more may be rescheduled once at no charge. Cancellations inside 48 hours, or no-shows, forfeit that session fee. Multi-session packs: unused sessions remain valid for the pack window; early termination of a pack refunds unused sessions minus a 15% administration charge, provided no session was missed as a no-show in the prior 30 days.
Work already started
Once a lab day or coaching hour has begun, that day’s fee is earned in full. Partial days due to your early departure are not refunded. If SummitPath must end a day early for reasons under our control, we will credit a proportional amount or schedule a makeup block.
Purchased materials
Printed packets and licensed article access arranged by SummitPath are non-refundable once ordered. Your own printing costs are never reimbursed by us.
SummitPath cancellation
If we cancel a session, you may choose a full refund of amounts paid for the cancelled engagement or a transfer to a new date. We are not responsible for non-refundable flights or hotels you booked independently.
How to request a refund
Email hello@tool-summitpath.click with your invoice number, engagement name, and reason. Approved refunds are returned by bank transfer to the original payer within 14 business days after approval. We do not refund to third-party accounts without written authorisation from the original payer.
Exceptions
Force majeure events (severe weather preventing safe travel to the Phuket studio, government restrictions) may justify credits or rescheduling beyond the tables above; cash refunds in those cases are considered case by case.
