Data we collect
- Inquiry forms: name, email, optional session preference, preferred timing, and message content
- Engagement administration: billing contacts, attendance lists, dietary or access needs you volunteer
- Technical logs: IP address, browser type, and pages viewed when analytics cookies are accepted (see Cookies)
We do not ask for government ID numbers, payment card numbers, or health diagnoses through the public inquiry form.
Purposes and legal bases
We process data to respond to inquiries, schedule and deliver training, issue invoices, improve the site when analytics are allowed, and meet accounting or legal duties under Thai law. Bases include contract performance, legitimate interests in operating a training practice, and consent where required for non-essential cookies.
Retention
Inquiry messages are kept up to 24 months if no engagement follows. Client engagement records are retained for seven years for accounting. Analytics data, when collected, is retained according to the tool’s configured window (typically 14 months or less).
Sharing
We use processors for email hosting, accounting, and (if enabled) analytics. They process data only on our instructions. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information when required by Thai authorities or to protect legal rights.
International transfers
Some processors may store data outside Thailand. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable requirements.
Your rights
Subject to Thai personal data protection law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection to certain processing, and you may withdraw cookie consent for non-essential cookies. Children
Sessions and the site are directed at adult professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
