SummitPath Lab prices human-facilitated sessions, not subscriptions. Figures below are starting points in Thai baht. Travel outside Phuket, translation support, or unusually large reading packets are scoped separately.
Journal & Strategy Lab
From THB 28,500 per participant
Three-day open cohort · pre-lab selection call · facilitator written feedback. A non-refundable deposit of 30% holds a seat after the reading list is agreed. Remote cohorts use the same rate; we do not discount for video delivery because facilitation load stays high.

Unused sessions in a pack may be transferred once to a colleague in the same organisation with seven days’ notice.
Team Strategy Intensive
Quoted per engagement. As a planning reference, a one-day intensive for up to eight people at the Phuket studio typically begins near THB 85,000 all-in for facilitation. Client-site days add travel and, when needed, overnight stays. Two-day programmes and larger rooms are priced after a scoping call.
Estimate factors we ask about
- Number of participants and whether the group is intact or mixed
- On-site, studio, or remote delivery
- Volume and specialty of technical journals in the packet
- Need for bilingual facilitation (Thai / English)
How payment works
Invoices are issued after scope confirmation. Deposits secure dates; balances are due before day one of a lab or intensive, or before the first coaching session in a pack. We do not process card checkout on this site — bank transfer details appear on the invoice. For eligibility to adjust or cancel, see the Refund policy.
